Hi ,

Am looking to slowly get budget accumulated for a calcium reactor for a 90 gallon acro only system .
Its gonna be used MTC or GEO 612 calcium reactor with aquariumplants doser. But with current situation cannot afford a cole palmer or a wtason marlow persitaltic feed pump.

Hence wanted to know if there are still people running calcium reactors of mj1200 or other normal powerheads ?

If so, which feed pump do you suggest ? Please have it in mind that I am aware of the stability you achieve with a perstaltic pump but am gonna take my chances with a normal feed pump .

Regards,
Abhishek

You can use a MJ1200 on the GEO. I used to use one when I first purchased mine many years ago. Ensure the MJ is in an area in the sump where it cant get clogged with debris. I run t from my Reeflo Dart now as it runs all my equipment and return.
