Hi! Had to buy frozen food at a non-reef aquariumstore today. They had the regular mysis and such but also alot of other foods mainly for fresh water fish.
Thought I grabbed white worms but turnes out to be white mosquito worms.
My question is, is there any harm in feeding this to marine fish?
Thanks!

Nope - but they are normally of low nutrient value. I feed my fishes with fresh water cyclops and black mosquito larvae (together with artemia and mysis). The cyclops is the standard food for my clams

Thanks! I tried a feeding with it and the fishes seemed to love it, but I will stay with the more proven varieties and keep this as an occasional treat.
