JAmes,
you got the box at 10:30am i got this picture from you and about 8 pm i believe. you were worried cause they are not opened so i asked reassure you that if they die or dont open in a few days that i will take care of you. I think thats more than most vendors would do.

A few days later i got another pic from you and your buddy and they look like they are starting to open up. So i thought eveything was going to be ok..

NOw fast forward 2 weeks later i got this picture which shows most of them very healthy and most opened.. i think if after 2 weeks in your tank being alive and looking like this that it could be other factors that is causing them to not open. But hey im no expert but im just stating my opinion.

But like you said in your feedback above.. They are all opened now.. so im sorry i couldnt make you a happier customer.

sorry but you wanted me to replace polyps that are half way opened.. Sorry but i cant do that. I would if you send the half ways opened up one back but thats just not logical.

thanks for the feedback. just wanted to also state my side of the story and let people know both sides. Have a great holiday.

I never dinied telling you i will replace them if they die or dont look good but the pictures shows them almost all opened. i asked other vendors and they seem to agree that i did all i can. For someone to ask for replacement when its obvious that the frags arrives healthy and i have pictures of them healthy and most open.. its just not right. Its not like i dont have any to replace. i got tons but i feel like at this point you are just taking advantage of the situation.

As i vendor my job is to get the corals to you healthy and alive.. If they look dead or Doa send a pic within a few hours and i will take care of it.. i feel that i did my job.. If zoas do not open after a few weeks in your tank then its out of my control.

Thanks
