Hi, All! I would love feedback on the flow plan for my Waterbox 100.3 build. This is the first tank I have had with smart DC pumps and all the configuration options they provide, so I am a bit lost. I plan on having this be a mixed reef, including SPS. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

For equipment, I have:
  1. SYNCRA SDC 6.0 - for the return pump
  2. MP40 - That is about 3" below the waterline on the front right side
  3. Two Nero 3 - They are about 4" off the sand bed in the back corners of the tank, and they are pointed inward toward each other.
For the Syncra, I have it running at 52%. This is based on 5.5ft of head pressure and wanting a 5x turnover rate of ~425 gph. I believe, based on the head pressure, 100% would be ~800 gph.

For the MP40, I have the following profile set up in Neptune. It is the default profile other than limiting it to 75% max (~3,750 GPH)

For the Neros, I have them running pulse all the time, varying between 10% and 45%. FWIW, with their current placement, setting them above 45% causes the sand to be disturbed.

At a glance it looks good. If you have an air stone you can always place one in the tank to better visualize your flow. You may want to raise the Neros up a bit more to avoid them kicking up sand (but being in front of the tank you'll have the better vantage point).

I do have an air pump and stone I could use to test the flow. Thanks!
