Why do we not grow a culture of bacteria, of say MB7, and use it to feed corals? And how would we do so? I’ve a UV running, so I’m betting there would be some advantages in doing so. Any thoughts welcome.

We all grow bacterial cultures in our tanks to feed coral.

Here's an option to increase it, but the UV is counterproductive:

Just wondering why you think there isn’t enough bacteria already in your system to feed the coral.

Actively skimmed aquarium water contains approx 90000 to 140000 bacteria per ML based on some studies. Wonder if thats not enough?

It's not worth the trouble considering the price of MB7
