Feeder Help

I need help setting up my feeder. I want my pumps to shut down as well as the skimmer, and for it to use PF1 for my vortechs, then for it to feed about 30 seconds later. here is how my pumps and stuff are set up:

Pump:
Fallback ON
Set ON
If FeedA 000 Then OFF
If FeedB 000 Then OFF
If FeedC 000 Then OFF
If FeedD 000 Then OFF

Skimmer:
Fallback ON
Set ON
If FeedA 000 Then OFF
If FeedB 000 Then OFF
If FeedC 000 Then OFF
If FeedD 000 Then OFF
Defer 005:00 Then ON
If Output Pump = OFF Then OFF

Vortechs(Feeding):
If FeedA 000 Then PF1
If FeedB 000 Then PF1
If FeedC 000 Then PF1
If FeedD 000 Then PF1

Feeder_3_1:
OSC 000:00/000:30/000:30 Then ON
If Time 00:00 to 15:00 Then OFF
If Time 15:02 to 00:00 Then OFF

Following. I have a new Apex and am still learning how to program it.

Got it figured out. Program works right and everything shuts down as supposed to. Feeder broke on second deployment however. Have to send back to @Bulk Reef Supply for a replacement. Stinks because I just got it last night.
