Feeding a Nano tank (16g)

Hello everyone, just wondering how much I should be feeding my nano? I’ve been feeding about half a frozen cube daily but started doing a full frozen cube daily thinking I was under feeding. Let me know what you guys think/ what everyone else feeds!

When I was feeding a whole cube of frozen to my 20 cube my phosphates would be pretty high. I didn’t rinse it though so that might have contributed to that being a problem. I just feed pellets now

1/4 cube, tops (I only count 2 fish).

I'd say no more than 1/2 cube of frozen at this point and monitor nitrate and phosphate.

I feed one cube of frozen to my 29 gallon with three fish, moderate coral biomass and oversized filtration.
