Feeding a sumped fish?

What is the best way you guys have found to feed a fish that has been banished to the sump? I had to move my aip file fish due to zoa and torch nipping once all the aiptasia was gone. Don’t necessarily want to just squirt mysis or brine in as they aren’t the fastest eaters and don’t need all that extra in there just turning to excess nutrients.

I'd rehome, I'm sure theres plenty of people looking for a proven aiptasia eater!

I don’t want to get rid of it as there is no coral dip that will work for aiptasia. So if I were to end up with another outbreak I know I have a for sure fix!

I would try to see if it would eat that food that you make into a paste and can stick to the sump. Will look for the name.
