I placed the YWG into the DT yesterday, and by this morning he/she had made itself a home. How should it be fed, since it is somewhat spooky and difficult to get food down to it? It seems eager to eat and does catch the occasional pellet or BS that floats by, but that doesn't seem a very dependable way of feeding.

i never see mine but she must eat because she has a huge gut! In the beginning I would shoot food at the last place she was spotted. Now I just feed the tank and she worries about herself. :)

Mine must be a super YWG. It bullies the six line wrasse and clown fish to get to the food. As soon as the power head goes into feed mode, he is up at the top of the tank waiting for the food.

I used to target feed line with a long turkey baster I grabbed at my LFS but now I just feed the tank and it seems to get food somehow. Its super fat and seems happy the odd time I see it. Its roughly 2 years old now.
