Feeding Acans?

does any feed their acans , if so what do you use ?

frozzen mysis and or brine shrimp
once in a while, i feed prawn roe.

I feed mine every few days. Pellets, Mysis, Cyclopsese. LPS are hungry corals.

To spot feed I use mainly the mysis shrimp.

Any meaty food that they can get in their mouths will do! Mine love Jumbo fresh shrimp cut to size, UmUm...

I mainly feed Formula 1 fish flake food as that is the easiest, however once in a while i will feed them frozen mysis. Mysis gives better growth, but I sure am lazy =)

I've always used mysis at least once a week.

Mysis. I use to never spot feed mine and they had ok growth. Spot feed them mysis and they will grow and grow and grow. They love it.
