Feeding Advice

I plan on getting a pickerel and a bass. How hard are they to get on pellets? What should they be feed if they won't eat pellets? How many feeder minnows should a 6 inch bass eat a week?

I assume you are planning on getting these from a fish farm? I would ask the place you are getting them from what they feed them and how much...they will likely have a very good idea of the nutritional content each one requires. I have my doubts that you can sucessfully keep wild caught specimens unless you can replicate thier natural diet of grubs, bugs, frogs, roe, minnows, mebbe the occasional mice or chipmunk?

What species Bass? How big is your pond? That Pick is going to need a lot of space! You will likely find better answers on some of the aquaculture sites than a marine/saltwater tank site
