feeding cleaning shrimp and fire red shrimp?

Hi Friends,

I have a cleaning shrimp and a fire red shrimp. Right now im not feeding them anything special but they are picking up left over fish pellets i guess. I just wanted to ask if you guys know any other food type to give them? if possible please share amazon links.

They are scavengers, mine love any extra frozen foods that the fish don't get.

never have feed mine they pick up the left over and they help cut down on the left overs not getting ate and raising my nitrates and PO.

I don't feed mine specifically, I feed the corals and fish and they scavenge the left overs, though my scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp has figured out what the Turkey baster is for and feeds from it directly when I use it, lol!!!

they can take care of themselves just fine but do like a little Scoobie snack every so often.

Agree with the above. I never have to intentionally feed my shrimp, they are very good and fending for themselves. One of my skunk cleaner shrimp will even eat nori. When the fish have it down to the the clip he perches on it and picks the nori from between the jaws of the clip.
