Mine love frozen and pellets. But they aren't the biggest so the pellets are sometimes too hard for them so they have to keep spitting them out and back until it's soft enough. If you don't mind it, I'd go frozen

I feed mine New Life Spectrum Thera+A and assorted frozen food once a week.

Mine just feel so happy to be fed. Clown fish are really easy, but what is the best for them. I don't know

I use New life spectrum pellets. My clowns are really small so I crush them up and feed with an oral syringe. I also mix some freeze dried baby shrimp in. They've gotten so use to this method, when I put the oral syringe in the tank they will actually attach to the tip. My sister says I'm spoiling them. My cardinal fish eats the same way.
