Feeding corals

Looking for the best coral food for LPS and SPS. Suggestions please. Thank you.

cyclops and oyster feast seem to work ok for me.. I sometimes enrich with brightwell vitamarin-c

I used to spot feed my LPS but my shrimp likes to rip the food out of their mouths and cause some damage so here is what I feed my tank...

Rod's Food with an extra pinch of cyclopeeze and a few squirts of Arctic Pods. The fish and corals seem to respond nicely to it.

I personally have never directly fed any of my SPS, including 1" frags to 12" colonies.
