Reef chili or reef roids, or any other foods you use and recommend and why? Just getting general idea of what folks are mostly using

Dry foods can raise phosphates. I suggest direct feeding coral and don't broadcast. I use my diy fish food for corals

I rotate between reef roids, benepets, coral frenzy, and coral dust.
I usually mix one of the above dry foods, along with a little AB+ and AV Fuel. I give it a quick stir and then dump it into my tank. I do that a couple times a week.

Reef roids spikes phosphate. Not sure if Reef Chili does as well, but Reef Chili has a bunch of floating particles that I don't care for. My preference is Benereef. It's similar to Reef Roids without the PO4 spike.

Ah okay, I was just googling this. Every time I feed the roids I get a really big phosphate bump. Like from .08 to .3 kind of bump, was getting irritating, will try this benereef next.
