I have 3 fish 12 snails and 6 crabs
Today I walked into the room and looked in the tank to see a bristleworm and two crabs fighting over a snail body. I feed them flakes in the morning and krill in the evening should I be feeding the clean up crew something?

No they will find there own food.

Crabs often times love to kill snails for no apparent reason I've found. Sometimes it's for food, sometimes for their shell, and sometimes it's just for the kill.
They may not be getting enough to eat, but hard to tell. You might want to put some algae sheet on the sand bed (weighted down) and let the snails and crabs graze.

I was surprised to see the bristle worm out with the lights on he took it away from them
