I have a white watchman goby, 2 wyoming white clownfish, and a firefish, as well as a tiger pistol shrimp. I feed NLS pellets and mysis. was wondering how do I get the goby and fire fish to come up to eat the pellets? currently can only get them to eat the frozen mysis when I feed that

Is there a reason you cant keep feeding mysis?

well... I thought I wasn’t supposed but for once a day.. but thought the fish needed to be fed twice a day. so I do pellets in the morning mysis at night. Should I be doing something different? also have 2 zoa frags in the tank.

Mysis is fine but if you want to vary the diet ( a good thing) try any of these

Firefish and gobies can be fed once a day ime, as can clowns. Mysis can also be fed both times, as long as you don’t over feed and mess up your parameters. Neither firefish or gobies come to the top and eat from the surface in general, so if you still want them to eat pellets, you should try to put them in under an hob filter outlet, or the return from a sump. Good luck!
