Feeding green clown goby

I have one green clown in a 9G. I don’t know exactly what I should feed him. I’m new to salt. I’m used to just daily fish pellets and the occasional bloodworm treat. I see they might like mysis shrimp or blood worms but all the frozen cubes are so big if I put that in the tank for 1 goby he’ll have like 10x what he needs. How do I feed ONE green goby without waste?

Get some small cups with lids. thaw the cube in some water. Keep the food in the fridge and you can feed for 5-7 days.

I use a frag cutting tool to chop the cubes into pieces.

I just shave/cut pieces off the cube, then put the piece into a glass of rodi or saltwater to thaw, then add to the tank.
