Feeding human cleaned shrimp etc.

Would it be possible to feed with cleaned human grade shrimp made into ground protein And such to aid In spikes within the tank for a beginner?
scoops of ground shrimp throughout the week in addition to dry food?
if possible what other types of protein and/or food can I do the same with or mix in?

65 gallon going to be two clown fish and maybe a piece of coral at first and then Who knows what. The tank is going to be brand new
