Feeding Intervals

I have a 36 BF with 2 Firetail, or is it Firefish,gobis; 2 engineer hobos and 2 clowns. Plenty of crabs a snails and a sand burying star. Forgot the real name. I have been using the frozen food, Emerald Entree. Should I feed everyday or every other day? Whole cube,have cube or other?

At last once per day.
I feed flake at noon and frozen at night.

For a tank that size I’d try to do 1/2 cube 2x a day. Or a whole cube once a day. But at least 1 time a day.
Fish have to eat just like you do.

Is there a flake you recommend? However, I can't feed mid day. It's AM or 1700. Thoughts?
