How do i increase my phosphate and nitrate. Feeding js not working for me i have both at 0

For dosing, I've heard NeoPhos and NeoNitro work well for dosing, but I've never used them. The cheapest option is to buy raw nitrate and phosphate chemicals.

First, make sure your test kits are reliable at low levels. Then add nitrate and phosphate solutions to get the readings where you want them. There are a ton of threads that will show you how to mix DIY solutions or just buy NeoNitro and Neophos. Note that if your tank is new, the phosphate may bind with some of the surfaces and won't rise quickly even if you dose it.
