newbie here, I have scolly, couple acans, favia, hammer, Torch, candy cane, duncan. So far all doing well, I bought them various time, ~1-3 months old. My duncan grows from 2 head to 5 heads now.
I have not feed them directly, just use Red Sea energy a and b. should I start feeding them direct, and what should I use? I have lots of zoas, and monti, pocilopora and acro also

I would recommend 'Fauna Marin Ultra LPS' that was suggested in one of your other posts for scolly, acans, and favia. The torch and hammer really dont need to be fed but IF i gave them something i would just target feed them with mysis. I would also use mysis with your ducan as well as candy cane corals. Candy canes like to eat when the lights shut off. You will see their tenticals come out when it gets dark (or typically in the morning before you turn the lights on). I suggest you turn off all powerheads and pumps when you target feed so leftover food isnt blown away and turned into unwanted nitrate levels!

I would then use smaller particle foods such and reef roids, reef chili for the spicmen that have smaller mouths to feed such as your zoas and monti's.
