Feeding medicated frozen food

I am QTing two tangs at the moment before they get to the DT and this will be my first time QTing. I have them in copper power at 2.0 (rising to 2.5) and have bought Seachem focus, metro, and GC. Seems like the best bet is to feed GC medicated food. How do you do this with frozen? I was trying to find a video on this (or with pellets) but haven’t seen anything. Any guides out there?

You could try defrosting the frozen medicated foods into a solution mixed with the tank water soaking the pellets in it would work as well.

Medicated Fish Smoothie:

Place a mix of 3-4 frozen fish food cubes in the fridge to "slump." Pour off/strain the excess liquid. It will cause your nitrates and phosphates to spike. Mix into the food 1 scoop of Focus + 1 scoop of General Cure. Can add a bit of RODI or tank water to your desired consistency.
Feed twice a day for up to 10-14 days.
The mix will stay good in the fridge for a few days.
