Feeding Metro equivalent to Dosing in diseases treated?

I have a pair of bristletooth tangs in QT. Currently they're going through a Prazi round as they settle in and fatten up and get used to the tank. Then, the plan is to do 14 days of copper and transfer to a clean QT for a few more days of observation before going in DT.

My question is... I have Metroanzidole. I also have Focus. I have fed metro/focus bound food before to rid fish of internal parasites, and have also dosed plain metro to treat brook. So... can I just feed Metro during the last 10 days of copper treatment and it will not only treat any internal parasites, but also wipe out any possible diseases like brook or uro? Or will I need to both feed metro for the parasites, and dose in the water column?

Feeding metro will treat intestinal parasites only.

If you want to treat for Brook and Uronema you will need to dose the water column as well.

So can I dose and feed metro at the same time? Dose and feed for the last 10 days of copper?

Correct you can do both simultaneously.

I would do both sooner than later. Copper is an immunosuppressant. So if there is Uronema present it may weaken the immune system enough to allow it to take hold realitively quickly. Rather than waiting till the end of the treatment period. Just my .02

Can I dose prazi and metro at the same time?

Otherwise, I can start dosing/feeding metro as soon as prazi ends and I start slowly ramping up copper over 3 days. Then the metro will have a 3 day jumpstart on Uro or Brook before copper is at full therapuetic levels.
