Hmm, I’ve been feeding it for about a week and the ich on my fish has only faded slightly

I find Metro very effective with internal issues and velvet which is a flagellate, not so much with ich. Best and effective would be coppersafe or copper power or even hyposalinity if it is truly ich

That's not going to do anything for ich

+1, I didn’t realize that you were trying to control ich with oral metro, that doesn’t work.
