Feeding Mode

Hi, I have 250L tank and have some coral frags. I am wondering how long should I have set up as feeding mode (time)? I am feeding Reef energy AB+ manually, not using dosing pump and feeding once a day.

Sorry, I meant how long should I stop skimmer, circulation pump and the power heads.

Yeah Reef Energy (thats the green dye stuff, no?) just says turn off filtration, whereas the Brightwells stuff says 10 -15 min ...
So maybe shut off skimmer and carbon for 10 -15 ...
