Feeding My 125G Lagoon

Im setting up a fowlr mangrove estuary but im sort of confused for what to feed

My current plan is:
Morning: 1 nori sheet, Mysis shrimp
Lunch (autofeeder): 50/50 algaemax pellets, frenzy carnivore pellets
Afternoon (autofeeder): 50/50 algaemax pellets, frenzy carnivore pellets

Also what size pellet do you guys think should use?

My planned stocking list:
1x auriga butterfly
1x monodactylus argenteus
1x convict tang
1x toby or leatherjacket
3-5x sergeant majors
Maybe 1x wrasse for pest control

Changed my stocking list a bit:
1x Auriga Butterfly
1-3x Monodactylus argenteus
1x Convict tang
1x toby or narrow lined puffer
Shoal of longspine cardinalfish or spotted scatfish
