Just curious to get some ideas here. What do you guys feed for your corals and how often? I hear some people say they don't feed at all and some that have highly complex and diverse feeding schedules. What's yours and why?

Depends on the coral.

I'll spot feed erratically. No schedule other than to not do it everyday. Max is probably 2-3x a week.

I use a frozen blend of coral food that a local reefer makes and sells. Sometimes I'll add some reef-chili, sometimes not. I use a Julian's thingy to spot feed the corals.
I usually focus on the Zoas, LPS & Chalices, for spot feeding. The SPS, I assume they will catch what is left in the water column.

While I'm doing this, I cut all pumps and stop the drain into the sump and give the corals some time to digest. 15-20 minutes usually. Then I'll turn one pump on at a time, skimmer last because of the amino acids in the frozen food will cause a little havoc on the skimmer for a little while.

This is based off of nothing that reading what other people do and modifying it for me.

I don't have coral anymore. When I did, I fed a DIY mix. It was designed for fish, but I added some extra coral bite sized goodness to the mix and spot fed that. I fed the corals pretty much whenever I thought to, usually once or twice a week :) That, along with whatever they caught during my daily fish feedings was what they got. If they didn't wana eat what I gave them then, they didn't eat at all.
Make sure you feed any fish first though. They will steal food from the corals and we don't want that!

I feed my acans, frogspawn, & duncans, do not target feed any others. I chop up shrimp or clams really fine and feed each polyp at the end of a wooden BBQ skewer; works like a charm and no waste! Of course the first several pieces go to my cleaner shrimp or else he will pester the corals mercilessly. All other corals have to filter out food from the water column; I have multiple stomatella snails which are often spawning and thus feeding my corals as well as some well fed fish.
