Feeding regiment for dwarf fuzzy lionfish

Hello. I've recently upgraded tanks and have gotten a dwarf fuzzy lionfish. The first day i had him I gave him 3 ghost shrimp and he gobbled those up. Then the third day (today) I have him the head of a silverside, he ate that up right away. I've heard that it's best to feed them 3 times a week. I would do Monday, Wednesday, Friday. My question is how much to feed him. He is about 3-4 inches long including fins. The silversides I have are 2 inches long and the krill/shrimp I can get are 2 inches long. Should I feed whole silversides? Whole shrimp/krill?

My mom gave us a feeding regimen and we resented it.

I still don’t like Thanksgiving Holidays feasts, I don’t feel good after gorging.

A few light feedings during the week (not a whole silverside that it cannot possibly swallow) and the occasional “feast” and your fish will be fine. Over feeding pollution is a prevalent and preventable situation.

How much does a small feeding entail? whole silverside, or like half or something else?
