Feeding schedule for coral and fish...

Hi can you plz share your feeding schedule for coral and fish... and what you feed to make corals grow ? TIA

I just had this conversation with a fellow club member and below is my feeding schedule 6 days out of the week.

Stock in tank are
90G
Yellow Tang
Flame tang
Klein's Butterfly
2 clowns
1 green chromis
1 6 line wrasse (which doesn't eat any store bought food)

50G frag tank
1 Scopas tang
1 lawnmower blenny

Wake up at 6am and I'm downstairs by 6:20 - 1st feeding of fish
I leave to work at around 7:10am - Feed fish
I get home around 5:30pm - feed fish
I eat dinner at around 7-730pm - feed fish
i go to bed at around 10-11pm - Feed fish frozen, and corals (coral food i use is Reef Roids, Benepets reef food, and BRS reef chili) Frozen food is either LRS Reef Frenzy, or LRS Herbivore frenzy.

I feed pellets from New Spectrum, and some Colbat pellets combined at each of those feedings.
Fish get Nori about 3 times a week.

Fish go one day without feeding so that they can forage in tank.

I feed my fish twice a day, in the morning before I go to work and round 5 PM in the evening. I use frozen food- San Francisco Bay Marine Cuisine, I do half a cube in the morning and half in evening and I mixed in some Hikari Seaweed Extreme pellets in the morning.

I feed the fish twice a day in the morning and in the evening. Feed the corals (Softies) and tank one a week when I remember a teaspoon of whey protein.

I use automatic feeders which feed 6 times a day flakes and pellets.

In the late afternoons:

A daily feeding of live, gut loaded BB shrimp.

Every other day feeding of frozen mysis shrimp.

Every other day feeding of Reef Chili from BRS and live phyto

Im just once a day when I get home from work. Either frozen or mix of pellets and flakes.
