Feeding Schedule

Just curious on everybody's feeding schedule. I have a 30 gallon reef tank and a 75 gallon FOWLR tank. We feed the reef tank once a day and the FOWLR tank gets fed twice a day. Alternating between flakes and Frozen food every other day. What's your feeding schedule? And how many different frozen foods do you use?

I feed my 240gal mixed Reef once a day in the evening.

For frozen food I alternate between LRS Reef Frenzy and Brine Shrimp.

I also use a mixed of dried phyto and zoo plankton's for the corals that I soak in Reef Energy AB+ prior to feeding.

I feed a mix of pellets 4x daily, seaweed 1-2x daily and frozen twice daily.

I feed my 285gal LPS/Softie Reef a DIY Blend twice a day on a fairly strict schedule, 8:15am-8:30am and 2:15pm-2:30pm. All seafood products have no preservatives or additives. I also add 1/2 sheet of Nori in between meals daily and 12oz of of Phyto 1hr after lights out every night.
