Feeding schedule

How often is everyone feeding? LFS said every other day. We have a variety of angels, tangs, clowns and clown trigger. TIA

I feed 3x a day. It really depends on how you run your system and what your livestock is, as well as what filtration equipment you use. Every other day sounds goofy in my opinion.

Yeah, for most fish (exception ms for predators), you should probably feed 3-4 times daily for best health; I definitely would suggest feeding at least daily.

So I’ve done 1X and 2X daily, but my issue is I’m not sure how to best do 2X when my current lighting schedule is 5:30 to 10:30pm, with Mobius ramp up and down in there. I’m running shorter light cycles on 6 week old tank, so I usually feed around 7:30pm when light is brightest and I’m home. If I feed in morning before I leave it’s 8AM, and I have to wake everyone up, feed, and then lights out again. Seems less than ideal. I think everyone but my anthias is good on 1X, but the Anthias is spastic unless I do 2X, darts around so much my tomini tang runs for cover lol

I feed 1-2 times daily very heavily though. Sometimes I miss a day or two. When I go on vacations I feed much heavier just prior and put on a auto feeder 1x daily with pellets.

I feed twice a day and add a sheet of nori for tang and angel to snack on
