Few questions to propose. Right now I feed my Sailfin, Leopard Wrasse, Solar Fairy Wrasse and Sleeper Goby every other day, once a day with Mysis Shrimp. My question is I always feel like I'm under feeding them and I was wondering what the pros and cons of feeding them twice a day every other day? And is good to vary your food such as one day Mysis and other day flake food or pellet?

I feed my fish small feedings 2 or three times a day and yes a variety of foods is good. I believe that well fed fish are sometimes better tank mates. ( Sometimes they are just plain mean and not easy to get along with for any others Lol!) Having said that, regular water changes are especially important when feeding frozen foods.

I feed twice a day every day. first a mix of pellets then last feeding is frozen.

I feed my fish once a day. I use all kinds of different foods ,something different every day. They are all fat and happy. You have to be carefull or you will overfeed then boom you will have excess nutrients and algae blooms. Water changes and good skimming will help prevent this.

Wrasses need a lot more food than what I suspect you're offering.

Feeding something meaty 2-3 (or even 4) times a day, in small proportions, will suit these fish much better.

I feed 3-4 times a day.
