I am curious as to what you feed your fish and corals and how often?

I personally rotate every morning at lights out to feed the corals between Microvert, phytoplankton, reef chili, reef plus, reef snow, and zoaplankton.

An automatic feeder feeds the fish at 12 noon everyday a mix of Formula 1, Formula 2, and Spectra Pellets. Around 3:30 the daughter feeds half of a syringe (2.5mL's) of a mixture of rotifers, mysis, and cyclops-eze. 5:00 seaweed on the veggie clip. And around 8:00 half of a syringe mixture of brine, mysis, emerald entree, marine cuisine, cyclops-eze, rotifers all soaked in garlic and selcon.

Dang, my tank is spoiled now that I realize how much I feed and had to type it all out.

your fish are super spoiled. makes me look like a bad dad.

usually between 8 and 9 pm mine get fed 1/4 sheet of nori (which they devour straigh from my hand) and a big ole pinch of formula 1 or 2 flakes. Reef chili 2x weekly about 30 mins after lights out. once or twice weekly, I feed them frozen which is usually a mixture of Rods food, Blood worms, PE mysis, Chopped squid, rotifers and cyclopeze. I feed the anemones some mysis and also the Acan.

LOL. I upped my frequency of feeding since I added the Anthias trio. Too bad the trio is now a single.... Weird thing is, is that I saw them eating every time I put food in there and the 2 that disappeared just kept getting skinnier and skinnier. The one I have left is healthy.

Fatty Mc Sweat Pants sounds right up MY alley. When is it and how long? Maybe a 5ft run? 20 minutes?

Depends on my mood for the week.

Either way they get pellets or flakes 3-5 times a day no matter what. Seaweed every other day. Then some sort of mixture of Frozen cyclopeze, mysis, Rods food, clams, fish eggs, Formula 2 cubes, mixed with selcon and Brightwells phyto with some reef chili at night.

Sometimes I dont feed the frozen mix depending on my schedule or how lazy I'm feeling.
