Feeding shy anemone

I just got my first maxi mini anemone yesterday, and I love it! It seemed happy in the tank when I first put it in, and went to hide in a hole in the rocks within an hour or so.

My question is, should I pop some LRS Reef Frenzy that we have on hand down into the hole for it? PE Mysis pellet food? Or will it come out and eat when it's ready?

Do not feed for at least 2 weeks, Let the nem adjust to the tank.
