Feeding SPS and Zoanthid

I have a few stylaphora and zoanthids in my 20g tank right now and I have been seeing people feeding their corals. I don’t dose anything right now and I just keep the levels good with weekly water changes. Would it help them to feed them every week or is it just overkill? And what would I feel them? They are still just frags but I thought maybe it would help them get some extra growth if I feed them.

Thinking Red Sea AB+ Coral Nutrition would be fine.. (Still new, so wait for a Veteran ;-))
