Feeding Your Refugeium

What are the best things to add to your Refugeium for feeding copeods and macro algae and corals in your tank? I currently have been using Algale Barns OceanMagik Live Phytoplankton.
Please comment with links to best type of supplies that are not that expensive with shipping that could last me a month or better, since I am a disabled veteran on a tight budget that only gets paid once a month.

Rotifers are a good source of food for copepods. Macro algae needs nutrients. If you can provide nutrition in the form of nitrates and phosphates(youll test for it) then your macros will grow.
