What is the general idea behind feeding these guys?? Do they NEED to be fed or is the light enough?? As well as to get best growth and color and what products do you use?

I used to feed my tank before it crashed and they had explosive growth under stock biocube lighting. I feed much less now and still see decent results. They don't need to be fed, just helps them grow

Josh, you give your polyps veggies?!?!?!? That is very interesting....... How long have you been doing that for?

I feed my zoas/palys on Mon/Wed/Fri with a triple combination of mysis shrimp, coral food and Fuel. They LOVE it! I so much as put a couple drops and my acans go crazy. They immediatley open like this

Zoas/palys don't need direct feeding, and often times refuse to eat even when a Mysis shrimp is laying on them. Just broadcast feed and if they want something theyl grab it. Other than that lighting is plenty.

i feed mine and they love it. especially the PE's
