I have a hippo tang mandarin goby cow fish clown fish and 3 shrimp. How many times a day should I feed I ask because my cc sand is turning brown I'm feeding 2 times a day?

And what is the best way to clean my sand?

How old is your tank? 2 times a day for feeding is good as long as you are not feeding to much.
You can gently blow your sand with a turkey baster.

I believe what is on your sand is Diatoms. It will go away on its own eventually. Symptoms of a new tank.

I would not guess without a photo. Could be hair algae starting.
