I know there's a ton of food topics around here but I'm gonna start a new one. So I have a 110 g oceanic with a refugium and a 225 diablo xs skimmer. I run a filter sock 3 days a week. Never had any p 03 or p04 on my tests show up. But my real question is what should I add to my feeding regiment besides what I already do. I feed rods vegi diet 2 times a day. About 1\2" squares. I chop up the package of frozen and put into a Tupperware container. I have a one spot rabbit a purple tang a tomini tang and a malanarus wrasse. All about 3 - 4" fish. This seems to work great for my fish but are my corals getting enough food?

Anyone with there experiance on feeding rods? Just thinking maybe adding some coral frenzy or snow. Idk something like that.

As long as your getting decent colour and growth I'd say your feeding enough, but then again, I feed as much as possible until I start seeing nutrient/algae problems then cut it back just a bit. So if your not seeing nutrient issues you could probably bump up feedings if you wanted to.
What is in the veggie diet? Is it a herbivore food or an omnivore food? Also, are there any SPS/filter feeder sized ingredients? I don't have access to that food so I don't know much about it.

Just a quick scan over the ingredients list looks like it's a good all round reef food. I think you'll be ok feeding just that. Maybe every few days add an extra portion so there's a bit if extra food in the water column?
Keep in mind, I don't have a great deal of experience with SPS or their feeding behaviour.

I think you're good doing what you're doing but I would target feed your acans. Mine do much better in terms of health and growth when I feed them.
