Is this a target feeding coral and what does it eat ???

Looks like a brain coral which are LPS and can definitely be fed. I feed my LPS very small chunks of frozen food and pellets like the Fauna Marin LPS food or just regular fish pellet food. They all consume it. I personally have not seen an increase in growth from doing this but many people do.

What about brine shrimp and mysis

I've fed my torch coral and blastos mysis shrimp and they seemed to like them so I would say that your brain would enjoy them as well.
