Reef fishes do best with smaller, more frequent meals rather than a larger meal 1x a day.

Feed what the fish can consume in 15-30 seconds. It's better to feed a smaller amount, because you can always add a little more food if needed.

Adding a few varieties of frozen food, such as mysis or brine shrimp enriched with spirulina or hufas will provide for more complete nutritional needs.

depends on what all your trying to do. Don't see any corals; so just feed once or twice or three times a day when you feed. If you get corals, and want to feed them from fish poop id feed your fish 2-3 times a day, but be careful with your levels

I'll get coral but still wating to finish the fish population first . I've heard that is better !

Frozen brine on it's own is not very nutritious. Brine shrimp enriched with spirulina or hufas is better, as is mysis shrimp.

I'm a fan of Mysis Shrimp, and reef chili, if you have herborvors I just feed them algae from the tank, because I don't clean the back. I also sometimes do kelp strips. Reef roids and coral frenzy are also awasome if you really want high nutrients, but you should have a mix of everything. I change food every time I feed
