With my 120L system containing 3 small fish (2-3cm in length).

How often should I be feeding them?

I've read a lot of different articles on this, They come to the front every day and dart across the surface at the front.

When I feed them nothing makes it to the bottom but they are ALWAYS hungry lol

Feed what they can eat in 15 mins

Ignore hungry. It is easier to add food than remove it. My feeding recommendation is 2-3X per day and what they can consume in 3-5 minutes. Anything above that, you'll have water quality issues and a lot of waste plus diatoms. Invest in a clean up crew (crabs, small hermits) to assist with tank conditions

There only one suggestion above and everyone has different opinions in this hobby. I don’t have water issues btw and no diatoms. :)

You may get a lot of different answers. Some do once a day, twice, three times and more. It’s all up to how much time you have and making sure the fish are getting enough. I feed pe mysis shrimp once a day every night when I get home from work. Sometimes feed pellets in the morning just to keep them interested in pellets.

I've read as much as fish can eat in 30 seconds to 3 minutes, 1-3x daily depending on the fish type. This is not authoritative whatsoever, but the "what they can eat in several minutes without wasting" makes intuitive sense to me.

I feed my herbavores a big ball of algae in the morning from the fuge.. then I feed frozen at night... 2 cubes and whatever pellets that miss my corals and anemones (I feed corals and nems fish pellets..they seem to love it)

5 inch rabbit fish
4 .5 inch purple tang
3 inch scopas tang
Pair of Oc. Clowns
Pair of bangaii cardinals
Female scooter blenny
Female watchman goby & pistol shrimp
Pair of mandarin gobys
Long nose hawkfish
File fish
Lawnmower blenny
Hand sized decorator crab
2 Sally lightfoots
Dozen or so (I think) emerald crabs

All fish are fat and happy
