I see everyone talking about feeding their zoas/palys/or any other corals. ??? I have never fed any of mine and they seem to be spreading and growing. I only have 1 fish (yellow tang that gets fed nori). I just got a 2 head frag of PD's and in a month I have 4 heads. Should I be feeding my zoas something. All of my other corals LPS/SPS/Leathers seem to be doing fine with out feeding. My canes are splitting as well.I have 3 seperate kinds of those and I fragged 1 in half 30/30 and I have never fed those either. Just curious on what you are suppose to or should feed corals.
Thanks

It is possible to feed certain types of grandis/palys but not necessary. If you are experiencing good growth with your current regime then I wouldn't change a thing as overfeeding your tank can cause other issues. I have fed my PDs and Nuclear Greens in the past but only out of curiosity. Here is a thread with good feedback.
