Pop the cover off and it should have a set or two of normally open and normally closed contacts, depending on whether u want whatever you r controlling to open or close when reaching setpoint, you can get a piece of J chord and add a plug to it. If you plan on running a lot of amperage thru it I would suggest getting one for each heater, those r really not meant for a lot of amp draw. We use then in the commercial refrigeration world.
When I say a lot of amperage I mean several amps, so a single heater should be fine or a couple of small heaters.
Also, in my experience using them at my work, we had to supply line voltage to them, did that one come with a plug attached, if not them you will also have to add a power source.
