My CBA is still swimming but I haven't seen it eat anything yet. I'm watching the water parameters in the QT tank closely and did a partial water change last night. I am suspecting early stage HLLE or HITH disease. I've dosed the QT with 250 mg Metronidazole and 75 mg Praziquantel. The fish seems more relaxed and moves around the takes. It comes to the surface to investigate food offered but won't take any.

I've had my fish in a QT since Sunday and started medicating the tank on Monday. I've been monitoring the water parameters and doing a large water change every other day. So....after 8+ days of not seeing my coral beauty eat a single thing today I watched her eat three my sis shrimp and a large flake of fodd. I'm hoping this is a good sign and she will recover.....if I lose her, it won't be that I'm not giving it my all!

yes, great news. In the pictures, it looks a little bit like velvet - I'm far from an expert on diseases but I might research meds for that.

My fish continues to improve. She is very active swimming around the QT. She chased after her food and ate well. Yay!!
I'm planning to keep her quarantined for a couple more weeks to monitor her.
