Considering your lighting and prep times and rock age if your tank was mine, and budget, I would purchase seven hundred dollars of various zos and lps frags and fill it up. I wouldn't take nineteen months to do so, you are ready to move on to things that won't alter the work load you should be ready to do, change water and feed. Nothing biologically is preventing you from getting some coral.
We discerned more about your rocks last two mos vs avg threads, real detail.
I didn't mention hundreds of high end sps. A good load of zoanthids and easy bright lps isn't going to alter your tank chemistry, or command some change in dosing, vs slow 19 mo ramp up. Do the ramp up if you want, but in asking about a holdup I know your tank details via prior threads, the only holdup is not buying a bunch of easy frags.
Or you may buy them, or some, its coral ready. They require feed, lights, tank stability and cycled tank, you qualify. Aging your live rock or not doesn't matter, people run whole frag tanks of just plastic holders, the thing about supposed tank maturity is no longer accurate claim. We grow sps in jars. Your tank is ready, for sure
Nothing changes between doing that, or not doing that. Whatever is going to become of your tank next six months is not impacted by a load of bright zos or not. Nothing about your bacteria is in question zos or no zos
No new chemical dosings, testing, anything is required differently from what you have exactly right now whether you add a load of zos and candy cane corals vs if you don't, and remain held up.
A load of slow growing lps isn't going to change your calcium or alk, they are either sitting there on the rocks reflecting back awesome colors, or not. Spot feed them blenderized mysis shrimp, keep anything you want. Change good amounts of water every two weeks as your tank is new, use work and water exchange in place of all concerning over parameters.
All biology is go, ready, hesitation isn't tied to biology but if you'd like to ramp slow to be careful, that's fine too.
The quality of gear you have is above par. All recommends come from knowing your tank details prior
