Feit Electric "blue spectrum" grow lights?

Unfortunately I can't find a picture online, but the spectrum they advertise seems pretty similar to reef lighting spectrums. . . ? Wonder if I could me a Home Depot fixture using these mixed with full spectrum LEDs. . .

some of these look like you can put both the white and blue "channels" on at the same time.

I would think no. The listed par is between 52-49 and that is using all channels (the blue, whites, and red), so it would be even lower when it is using just blues and also has to penetrate water further reducing par numbers.

Maybe on a super shallow 6 inch tank but idk, it just doesnt seem powerful enough
