Female Flasher Wrasse ID please.

This is a wrasse I got from a friend who had ordered a carpenter wrasse from liveaquaria.com. I took it from him thinking it was a female as I had a male at the time. So hopefully this quick video will do. If not I can have a good pic by this weekend.

Mmm, I need an actual picture to be sure, but from what I can see here, I'm looking at a female Cirrhilabrus species as opposed to a Paracheilinus species.

I have about three thoughts on what it might be, but I'll wait for static image for some clarity.
 
Yes, definitely looks to be Cirrhilabrus - possibly C. cyanopleura, but would need a good pic to verify.

That, C. rubriventralis, or C. solorensis (C. exquisitus as a long-shot).

Disagree; skeletal structure of the head is not consistent with cyanopleura. And the yellow on the lips also support rubripinnis.
