Your best bets on this:

Watch DD closely. They pop up once a month or every two months.

Contact a LFS near you who has a good rapport with Quality Marine as they're the wholesaler who typically get them.

I got mine about 3.5 months ago on DD. That's the only place I have ever seen them.
